Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, all content, code, designs, and intellectual property produced by Atluna Software OU remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the rights to the specific deliverables transfer to the client as outlined in their contract.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and cooperation required for the successful completion of projects. Delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
In no event shall Atluna Software OU, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
